Registered as a private limited company in mid-2007, we commenced operation as a facility management & real estate marketing firm in early 2008, and having acquired considerable levels of experience, and capabilities in the industry, we transited to a real estate company in late 2014 with the commencement of our first real estate development project, Beaufort court.
At the focal point of our corporate objectives is the delivery of homes that transform neighborhood with emphasis on sustainability, and buyers’ expectations. Our business model aims viably at all times to deliver profitable returns to investors, and business partners. The current focus of our operation is strictly residential developments with a mid to long term aspiration for commercial and mixed use developments. Our designs reflect modern architectures with good focus on space, functionality, and homely environments. Our people are equipped with the right capabilities to deliver efficiently across all facets of the real estate development cycle.

BOARD
Our Board of Directors include DAPO OTUBANJO, OYENIYI OTUBANJO, GENERAL B.T OBASA and ARCH.OLUFEMI BELLO

MANAGEMENT
At the top of our management team is the Managing Director, Dapo Otubanjo with overall responsibility for all executive decisions. Arch. OLUFEMI BELLO is the Executive Director for Project Coordination. Segun Akinyele acts as a consultant, and Head marketing & Business Development Unit. Israel Godknows Chuks is the Head, Administration & Human Resources with direct responsibility to oversee office administration and employees’ relations. We have two site managers – Engr. Livinus Ogbodo, and Engr Ogwu Salihu Emeje. Cubicles Integrated Services Limited are the project managers for our existing projects with technical monitoring, and building / construction works execution responsibilities. Housecraft Nigeria Limited did the architectural designs of Bromley Court
